Shane Nocus, Master Trainer of Building Traditions,

is a proven leader with the wisdom and vision to solve problems. He has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He is experienced in pre-construction, project management, and field operations. Shane brings a well rounded perspective to any organization. He is continually focused on learning skills and applying those lessons to improving the construction industry. Over the last few years he has focused on the skilled labor shortage, and he is determined to find a solution.

At Building Traditions, we provide
Construction Training, Education, Workforce Development, and Accreditation for over 70 Construction related fields.

Our mission is to restore respect, morals, and ethics to the construction industry by building a knowledgeable, skilled, and career focused workplace.
